All products sold by Kristal Electronics are covered by 12 months warranty unless otherwise stated.
- Kristal Electronics endeavours to repair or replace the faulty item within seven days of receipt.
- The cost to return the faulty item to Kristal Electronics is the responsibility of the purchaser.
- The faulty product needs to arrive to Kristal Electronics in good condition with all warranty seals in tact.
- Should any warranty seals be broken, the warranty on that item will be VOID.
- Once the item is repaired or replaced, the return freight to the customer is the responsibility of Kristal Electronics.
- Should a customer receives any product which is faulty or dead on arrival then the customer must notify Kristal Electronics immediately on receipt of that item.
- Any items that need to be returned to Kristal Electronics for warranty repairs need an Return Authorisation number allocated to them. This number needs to be issued to the customer by Kristal Electronics by phoning 07 47287704 during business hours, or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
- Any goods returned to Kristal Electronics where the freight has not been pre-paid, or without a Return Authorisation number will not be accepted and returned to sender at the senders’ expense
